Introduction

  • DPH 130 or dispenser printing handler machine is inner box (before erect up) auto dispensing on a moving conveyor and do printing with external printer.
  • Only one operator needed to operate this machine by loading the inner box in stack form and collect the printed inner box from container.

LTM 120

Introduction

  • Designed to use for Natural Rubber and Nitrile Glove pinhole detection and sorting machine, and is adopting dry testing methodology by air pressure. This is nondestructive to glove.
  • LTM 120 have 120 test mandrel made by medical grade Teflon material with built in LED light, the mandrel can use for variant standard glove size from XS to XL and from 5.5 to 9.0.
  • LTM 120 adopt high precision digital pressure sensor up to 0.0001 psi.

LTM72

Introduction

  • LTM 72 is designed for pin-hole detection and sorting of Natural Rubber and Nitrile Gloves. It adopts dry testing methodology by air pressure decay, and it is a non-destructive testing method.
  • LTM 72 consists of 72 test mandrel made by medical grade Teflon (engineering plastic) material with built-in with LED, and the unique mandrels are universal tools to work well on standard glove size gloves from XS to XL (examination gloves) and from 5.5 to 9.0 (surgical gloves).

LTM 16

Introduction

  • LTM 16 is adopting Dry Testing methodology, for the industries to realize Non-Destructive In-Process QC checking on gloves from dipping lines.
  • It can test up to 16 gloves per cycle by one operator.
  • LTM16 uses high precision “Non-Calibrate-required” digital pressure sensor (0.0001psi) the mandrel are all built in with LED light and ease for cosmetic inspection. Besides that, your QC reporting system is tailor make and reduces the processing time.
