Surgical Glove Advanced Packing Line

Introduction

  • The Surgical Glove Packing Line integration is designed to link up the Medical Glove Inner Wallet Packing Machine FMS 2010 and Outer Pouch Platen Seal Machine OPS 752 using synchronized servo-drive system at speed up to 75 packs per minute.
  • It may be run as integrated line or as individual machines by selection at touch screen panel.
  • It is further integrated with Automated Glove Inline Placing System GIPS to reduce manpower.
  • As a Complete packing line, it requires approximately 10 operators to produce sealed packs at 4,500 packs or pairs of gloves per hour.

Glove Inline Placing System (Patent Pending)

Introduction

AFA Glove Inline Placing System (GIPS) is designed to automate the placing of gloves on the FMS or 3rd party machine of similar design, hence reduce labors.

Features

Manual placing process of gloves onto the MdiGlov® FMS 2010 or 3rd party machine of the similar design, requires 8 to 10 direct headcounts in order to produce inner wallets at 65 to 75 pack per minutes.

Advantages

The GIPS reduces the headcounts from 10 to 6 operators at 75 packs per minute, hence saving 4 direct headcounts. The investment projects a 2-year payback in Malaysia.

Glove Pinhole Detection & Sorting

Introduction

MdiGlov® LTM 72 is a consistent and reliable pinhole detection and screening machine for natural rubber and nitrile gloves using dry air-pressure decay methodology.

Certain volume of compressed dried air shall be automatically injected into the gloves under testing. The MdiGlov® LTM 72 glove testing machine will measure the pressure decay in the gloves over the test duration. At the end of the testing duration, the system will automatically output the results of the testing. The results would be classified into 3 categories, namely “GOOD”, “FAIL” and “RETEST”.

Immediately after the test duration, only “GOOD” gloves would be lighted. The operator would conduct manual inspection and sort out the cosmetic defects.

FMS 2010

Introduction

  • FMS 2010 is a high output Medical glove inner wallet packing machine adopting synchronized servo-drive system, from paper in roll form.
  • It has high flexibility to select to produce different wallet dimension by entry of dimension and simple conversion kits. The wallet may be in standard long form, or further inline bi-folded form.
  • It accepts blank paper roll with inline printing or accepts pre-printed paper roll by bypassing the printing.
